We don't usually have bad experiences with Ruby Tuesday but the service was pretty bad tonight. The restaurant wasn't particularly crowded, but our waitress barely gave us the time of day. Another person had to bring us silverware. She barely checked in, and most notably it took 15 minutes to get between placing dessert orders and her coming back to inform us that the kitchen had "just" informed her that one dessert was sold out. I'll repeat that this is very different from our typical experience, which is usually excellent service. The food was still good, at least. I'm not sure where it's happening but there seems to have been a communication breakdown. Or maybe our waitress was terrible tonight. She seemed to be phoning it in. I hope there's a reasonable explanation for this. I'm confident it'll be better next time though.

Great service. The greeter/waitress was very friendly and helpful. My order was taken quickly upon being seated. The salad bar was well stocked of veggies and salads already mixed. The veggie trio I ordered was very good.

It has fallen completely off! No spoons in the entire restaurant? What in the world.......... The server was very nice but doing 4 different things at once and had to make a excuse for everything that was going wrong at the restaurant that was clearly not her fault. This place is not the same and if you really took a look around it clearly appears to be on the cusps of shutting its doors. Just one star and that was for the server.

There was a long wait even though the restaurant wasn’t packed. The cocktails were very tart as well as the lemonade. The entrees to a long time to come out. The sliders were all cooked differently, one medium, one well done and one rare. Waiter never asked how they should have been cooked. We had to ask for utensils. Ordered 3 desserts and were told by the waiter and the Manager on duty that they didn’t have anymore. Then, to our surprise, here comes one of the desserts with 3 dirty spoons. After getting clean spoons, we realized that the dessert had been previously frozen and the cake was extremely dry. Never again.

My grandmother and I came here to have lunch there was barely any people in there. And I agree that host was very annoyed and the waitresses were very short. Don't eat the salad bar either definitely agree with that. Food took over an hour and when was received was cold. And if you like sitting and eating next to someone who's sweeping and mopping next to you be my guest.
